David currently conducts a symphony sized youth orchestra in Bath. The players range from Grade 5 to Diploma level, aiming to inspire those playing in an ensemble for the first time alongside those who also play in the National Youth Orchestra.

He also runs an intermediate string orchestra and three junior string groups for Wiltshire Young Musicians, and leads a secondary school percussion ensemble. 

 

In the past he has also run primary school choirs, bands and orchestras.
